If you choose to enter into this agreement, your unit will be rented out like part of the hotel. This agreement is optional, but if you decide to do this, the revenue is split 48% to you and 52% to the Kalahari Management Company. The best part is that this agreement has an owner’s use program that gives you plenty of time to enjoy your unit with friends and family without paying the nightly room rate at the hotel.
